CM FOODS MEMBERSHIP GUIDANCE
CM Foods serves food businesses exclusively – and CM Foods membership is reserved for registered businesses operating within the food industry. We cannot offer membership to customers looking to buy bulk foods for their homes
CM Foods offers two types of membership:
– Cash & Carry – Shop at our cash and carry based in Burt Drive Deer Park, New York.
– Delivery – Receive deliveries to your business premises, both in the UK and abroad.
Customers who wish to shop at our cash and carry AND utilize our delivery services should apply for both memberships as and when they are needed.
CM FOODS MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
To successfully complete this membership application, we will require you to upload the following proof:
– Personal Identity – ONE of the below:
— Passport
— Driving License (Full, or Provisional)
– Personal Address – ONE of the below:
— Driving License (Full, or Provisional)
— Document issued by a public authority such as the Home Office or Local Council, e.g. Council Tax Bill
— Document issued by a bank or building society, e.g. a utility bill or mortgage statement
— Utility Bill, Letter or Statement (must be addressed to your personal address)
– Business Address – TWO of the below:
— Companies House certificate of incorporation
— Document issued by a public authority such as the Local Council (e.g. business rates bill)
— Document issued by a bank or building society (e.g. bank statement, mortgage statement)
— Utility bill, letter or statement (must include reference to your business address)
All documents must be current or recent (Last 3 months) unless stated otherwise.
Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof
Each form of proof can only be used once. For example you cannot use a driving license as proof of personal identity AND personal address.
Please ensure you have the necessary documents on hand on the device that you are applying from before starting your application.
